HubFit's help center describes no way to download clients, check-ins, programs or meal plans as files, and its FAQs say program and meal plan PDFs are not supported. Payments run on a Stripe Connect account HubFit creates for you. Plan around your own records, a data request, Zapier for new events and a separate billing check.
Published by Coachway. The product instructions below come from the linked official documentation, checked September 25, 2026. They describe available exports, not a completed test of your account or a guarantee that another platform can import the files.
What you can export from HubFit
Programs and meal plans: no documented file export
HubFit's Training article says programs, workouts and sections can be exported and saved to your library. That export saves to your HubFit library; the article does not describe a downloadable file. The same article answers the file question directly: exporting training programs as PDF is not supported.
The Nutrition article says the same for meal plans. Unless HubFit support offers another format for your account, plan to rebuild training and nutrition content in the destination. Rebuild a few representative programs first so you can estimate the rest of the work.

Clients and check-ins: viewable in HubFit, no documented download
HubFit's Clients article documents CSV import only: a file with Name and Email columns, up to 50 clients per batch. The bulk actions it lists are assign a coach, assign tags, send access emails, archive, unarchive and delete. No export is listed.
Check-in submissions are listed per client under Check-Ins > Submissions, with a Compare Check-Ins view across submissions. The Forms article does not describe downloading them. Decide which clients need their history carried over, and how much of it, before you ask anyone to move it.

Zapier: a log of events as they happen
HubFit's Zapier integration connects with an API key generated under Settings > Zapier, and the key is tied to the workspace owner's account. Triggers include New Client Added, Client Submitted Check-In, Client Added Metric and New Purchase, and HubFit's own examples send several of them to Google Sheets rows. HubFit says triggers use webhooks and are sent the moment an event occurs.
That gives you a running log from the day the Zap is live. HubFit does not document sending earlier clients or submissions through Zapier. Its check-in example logs check-in dates for compliance tracking, and the article does not list the fields a check-in trigger sends. The documented metric payload is client ID, name, email, metric name, date and value with unit.
- Generate a key under Settings > Zapier and connect it in Zapier.
- Create a Zap from the HubFit trigger you need to a spreadsheet row.
- Compare the first rows with HubFit before relying on the sheet.

A data request to HubFit
HubFit's privacy policy tells users to contact [email protected] to request access to their data, and it lists a right to data portability. It does not state a format, scope or response time for what you receive.
Send the request early, name the records you need, such as client details, check-in responses, metrics, progress photos and programs, and keep the reply. Do not fix a switch date around a file you have not yet received and checked.

HubFit payments run on a Stripe Connect account HubFit creates
HubFit says it creates a new Stripe Connect account for your workspace and that you cannot connect an existing Stripe account, because it manages customers, packages, prices, coupons and subscriptions in Stripe on your behalf. It also says payments go directly to your Stripe account and HubFit never holds your funds.
You can open that Stripe dashboard from the Packages page header, and each client's profile shows subscription status and payment history. Stripe documents exporting customer details from the Customers section of its dashboard. Check that this works in your HubFit Connect account, save the export and record each active subscription with its next charge date before you change anything.
Moving recurring billing is a separate task. Ask HubFit and the destination provider how the subscriptions in this Connect account can be handled. Stripe documents a Billing migration toolkit for moving existing subscriptions, including from an existing Stripe account, but that does not mean either coaching platform supports it for your account. Agree the last old charge and first new charge for each client so no one is billed twice.
HubFit only integrates with Stripe and says you can take payments outside the platform. List any clients you bill that way separately so they are not missed.

Archiving a HubFit client cancels their subscription
HubFit says archiving a client revokes their app access immediately, removes them from community groups, archives their chat channels and cancels active subscriptions. Their data is preserved. Archive each client only after they are using the new app and their replacement billing is agreed.
HubFit also says that if your own HubFit subscription expires completely, your active clients are archived. Keep your plan active until the last group has moved, and ask HubFit what happens to package subscriptions at that point.

Deletion is permanent, and deleted packages keep billing
HubFit says deleting a client cannot be undone, and that deleting your account permanently removes all your data. Finish your records and your data request before either.
Deleting a package removes it from HubFit and your pricing page, but HubFit says existing subscriptions on it continue in Stripe until they expire or are cancelled. Check live subscriptions in the Stripe dashboard rather than relying on the package list.

Clients will install and log in to a different app
HubFit's Custom Branding article says branding applies inside the app, while the app itself remains HubFit on the App Store and Google Play. If you use HubFit's white-label option, its terms say HubFit removes your white-label app from all app stores when your subscription ends.
HubFit clients log in with a username and 4-digit code that HubFit generates. Send every client new login instructions for the destination, and check that each one has logged in before their HubFit access ends.

Before you cancel HubFit
- List the clients, programs, meal plans and check-in history you need, since HubFit documents no file export for them.
- Send a data access request to [email protected], ask support about export options and keep the replies.
- Export customers from the Stripe dashboard of your HubFit Connect account and record each subscription's status and next charge date.
- Rebuild a sample program, meal plan and check-in form in the destination and test them with a pilot client.
- Agree the last HubFit charge and first new charge per client before archiving anyone or cancelling your HubFit plan.
Choose the switch date after a sample migration passes. The required overlap depends on rebuild work, provider support, client availability and billing dates. Clear communication helps, but it cannot guarantee retention or repair missing data.
Use the full migration checklist and client message to plan each wave. If you are still evaluating the destination, use the software trial scorecard. Keep any sample shared for an initial assessment limited to what the provider needs.
Questions about leaving HubFit
Can I export my client list from HubFit?
HubFit's Clients documentation describes CSV import of names and emails, up to 50 per batch, but no export, and its bulk actions do not include one. Ask HubFit support. For paying clients, a customer export from your HubFit Stripe Connect account is a useful cross-check.
Can I download HubFit programs or meal plans as PDFs?
No. HubFit's FAQs say exporting training programs and meal plans as PDF is not supported. Its documented program export saves programs, workouts and sections to your HubFit library.
Does HubFit use my existing Stripe account?
No. HubFit creates a new Stripe Connect account dedicated to your workspace and says you cannot connect an existing one. Ask both providers how the subscriptions in that account will be handled before you switch.
Considering Coachway? Bring a sample export and ask us which parts become editable plans, which need rebuilding, what remains an archive and how your existing billing would be handled. Agree the scope before inviting your clients. If you are still deciding whether to switch at all, the Coachway vs HubFit comparison sets the two side by side.
The trial starts with a card held by Stripe and cancels under Billing before it renews, so you can run a few real clients in both tools before you move the rest.
