Workout packs: on-demand training for your clients
Build a pack once - a travel week, home workouts, extra conditioning - and publish it to every client you choose. Clients browse it in the app they already train in, so they get flexibility without more admin for you.
Assigned programs scale one client at a time. A workout pack scales all at once - build it from sections you already have, publish it, and it serves every client in its audience for as long as you keep it live.
The sections inside come from the workout builder you already program in - and the same Library publishes cookbooks for nutrition.
Built from your library
Your sections and templates, packaged for everyone
No new builder to learn. Search your saved workout sections or pull from your templates, then drag them into ordered sections - a pack is your existing programming, published to many clients instead of assigned to one. Behind every section sits the same 1,800+ exercise library your programs use.
You choose who sees it
Private, Public, or exactly the clients you pick
Every pack has one of three visibilities. Private keeps it coach only. Public lets every client browse it while it is live. Segmented targets by client tags, gender, or clients you add individually, so a travel pack can go to your travelers and nobody else.
Draft to live
Publish when the pack is ready
Your Library index holds every collection - workout packs and cookbooks side by side, each card carrying its type, its content count and a Draft or Live badge. Build in draft for as long as you want. When you publish, a 'Collection published' toast confirms the pack is live for its audience.
What coaches publish first
The packs that pay for themselves
The travel pack
Hotel-room sessions with minimal kit. A client messages "flying Monday" and you point them at a pack that already exists, instead of rebuilding their week.
Home, no equipment
Bodyweight sections for the days the gym does not happen. Publish it once and every client with a home-training week is covered.
Extra conditioning
Optional finishers and cardio sessions for the clients who want more. Publish once, set the audience, and the right people can browse them.
Vacation workouts
A summer pack that keeps clients moving for two weeks off-plan, then they come back to a program you never had to touch.
Aftercare
A finished 1:1 client stays on the app at a lower fee, training from your packs - structured content without the chat.
One pack, the whole client base
This is the point of the Library: a pack serves every client in its audience at the same time. More clients does not mean more admin.
Workout packs live in the same Library as cookbooks, and they land in the same client app where clients can build their own meal plans and set targets with the calorie calculator. It is all part of the Nutrition 2 wave - browse all Coachway features to see how the pieces fit.

What coaches ask about packs
Who can see a workout pack?
You decide per pack. Private means coach only - clients never receive access. Public means every client can browse it while it is live. Segmented targets by client tags, gender, or specific clients you add individually.
What goes on a pack besides the workouts?
A cover image (PNG, JPG or GIF, up to 10MB), a title and a description of up to 500 characters. That is what makes a pack read like a finished product when clients browse it, not a bare list of sections.
How do tags and gender combine in a Segmented pack?
Clients matching at least one selected tag qualify. When tags and gender are both set, clients must match both. Individually added clients always qualify, whatever else is set.
Do I have to publish a pack the moment I build it?
No. A pack you have not published stays a Draft on your Library index, and visibility is one of three explicit options - Private means coach only, so clients never receive access.
Do my clients need a new app for this?
No. Packs are browsable in the Coachway client app your clients already use, in the same app as their workouts, food and chat.
Where does the content in a pack come from?
From the same place your programs do: your saved workout sections and templates, built in the workout builder on a library of 1,800+ exercises. A pack is a way to publish that work to many clients at once.
Can I make a pack for just a few clients?
Yes. Choose Segmented and add clients individually, with or without tags and gender. Individually added clients always qualify, so a client-only pack works fine.
How is a workout pack different from a cookbook?
They are two collection types inside the same Library, with the same builder, the same audience model and the same publish flow. A cookbook holds recipes for clients to browse and cook; a workout pack holds training sections for clients to train from.
Can one pack really serve my whole client base?
That is the design. Set visibility to Public and every client can browse it while it is live. You build the travel pack once, and every traveler you ever coach uses the same one.
Can I edit a pack after it goes live?
Yes - you edit it in the same builder you created it in, with a Local changes chip and a Save button in the top bar.
Do clients see the sections in the order I set?
Yes. You organize content into ordered sections with drag handles, and clients see that exact order when browsing the pack.
