Why Coachway exists

Built by people who were in the trenches first.

Before Coachway shipped, we were already in the trenches - running ads, managing clients, watching great online coaches waste hours every day on tools that punished them for growing. Tabs everywhere. Copy-paste workflows. Support tickets that took days. Fitness products built for the client, not for the coach running the business.

We started the company in 2023 to build the platform we wished existed. It launched December 2025 with 30+ features shipped in the first 30 days. Today, across the team, we're 6+ years deep in the coaching industry with 150+ coaches of hands-on experience behind us.

Questions you probably have.

Who do I report to? +
On the org chart: both Peter and Markus - the two co-founders. In practice, you are the lead on your portfolio, which means the people you report to most are the coaches themselves. You will have daily back-and-forth with many of them on ideas, angles, campaigns and strategy. Peter and Markus sync with you on the bigger picture.
What does the day-to-day actually look like? +
Most days start with a look across your portfolio's numbers and flagging what needs attention. From there it splits between strategy calls with coaches, building and iterating on campaigns, hooks and angles with the creative team, and digging into funnels, landing pages and email. No two weeks look the same, especially in the first six months while you are shaping how you want to run the seat.
How is this actually different from an agency? +
No layered approval chains. No client relationship manager between you and the decision. No deck sitting in someone's inbox for three weeks before a test gets greenlit. You and the coach look at the numbers, decide what to try, and ship it. That is the whole loop.
Why on-site? +
Because the speed only works when we are in the same room - especially in the first 6-12 months while you are shaping the seat. We are in Copenhagen K. That said, we are not rigid: if a day at home helps you actually lock in on a deep task, do it.
What languages do I need? +
One Scandinavian language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish) is a hard requirement - our coaches and their audiences live there. Internally we mostly speak Danish and Norwegian; English handles anything written or external. One Scandinavian language is enough, not all four.
What about salary? +
Target salary is 40.000-60.000 DKK/md based on experience. New MacBook and whatever gear you need. The final number lands in conversation - no surprises, no opaque ranges.
What if I do not tick every box? +
