the short version
For coaches comparing a revenue-share partnership with a subscription: Coachway offers both (platform only from EUR 69 a month, or a growth partnership on a revenue share from 20% and down). Everfit and Trainerize have free starting plans and large feature sets, HubFit includes up to 50 clients from USD 39 a month, and CoachPlan publishes flat Danish tiers from DKK 249. Section 3.9 of the Lenus partner terms covers moving clients off the platform, and its termination section covers existing clients during the notice period; review your own agreement before making any change.
What Lenus publishes, and how the alternatives are matched.
Lenus describes its offer as a platform plus growth services: a Key Account Manager, local growth teams, a website integrated with the platform and an optional inbound sales service. The alternatives below are matched to those needs: growth help, a coach website and lead capture, and the coaching tools themselves.
From Lenus's own terms and pages:
- Published pricing. Lenus does not publish a price list on lenusehealth.com; its Terms of Service for Coaching Partners say pricing is "specified in the Master Services Agreement or the applicable Services Agreement".
- Revenue share or subscription. Lenus's terms say it "may operate on a revenue-sharing pricing model or use alternative pricing structures as specified in the Master Services Agreement or the applicable Services Agreement". Subscription platforms charge a set monthly fee instead.
- Growth help on different terms. Coachway offers both models: platform only, priced per client, or a growth partnership on a revenue share from 20% and down, depending on the size of the coaching business.
- Existing clients. Section 3.9 of the Lenus partner terms says coaches agree "not to transfer, delete, or solicit Clients to leave the Platform". Check your own agreement.

Features are not the deciding factor. The workflow is.
A longer feature list is easy to win on a comparison table. It is not the question that decides your week. What decides it is how fast you can run the actual work, week after week: following up a client, sending video feedback, and reviewing a weekly check-in. Coachway is built from working hands-on with online fitness coaches scaling past 1,000 clients, where shaving minutes off every client interaction is the whole game.
The entire product is tuned for one outcome: handle more clients, at a higher satisfaction rate, in less time. A smoother workflow is not just cheaper for you, it is a better experience for the client, and that is what keeps clients paying for longer.
check-ins
Review a weekly check-in in 3 to 5 minutes, with notes, data, photos, and exercise history in one view.
follow-up
Messages, video feedback, and plan tweaks happen from one tab, not six different tools.
automation
Automatic reminders run the cadence, and smart send holds a message back if the client has an unread message, so the experience stays personal.

What is the best alternative to Lenus?
It depends on what you want to keep. If you want a growth partner, Coachway's growth partnership runs on a revenue share from 20% and down, depending on the size of the coaching business. If you want a subscription instead, Coachway (platform only, from EUR 69 a month), Everfit, HubFit, Trainerize and CoachPlan all publish prices.
What does Lenus cost?
Lenus does not publish a price list on lenusehealth.com. Its Terms of Service for Coaching Partners say Lenus "may operate on a revenue-sharing pricing model or use alternative pricing structures as specified in the Master Services Agreement or the applicable Services Agreement" (lenusehealth.com, checked October 2026). The exact terms are set in each coach's signed agreement with Lenus.
Are Zenfit and Beefit covered by the Lenus terms?
Yes. Lenus's Terms of Service for Coaching Partners say: "These Terms also govern your use of the Zenfit platform ... as well as the Beefit platform".
Can I take my clients with me if I leave Lenus?
Section 3.9 of the Lenus partner terms says coaches agree "not to transfer, delete, or solicit Clients to leave the Platform". The termination section says the same applies to existing clients during the notice period, while new clients may be onboarded to a different platform. Check your own agreement and get advice before planning a move.
Is there a Lenus alternative without a revenue share?

Everfit, HubFit, Trainerize and CoachPlan also charge a subscription.
