INSTAGRAM DM SCRIPTS FOR FITNESS COACHES From https://coachway.io/templates/instagram-dm-scripts/ (Coachway). Fifteen scripts by moment, each under 60 words, one question per message, no pitch before message three. Fill every [BRACKET] with your own facts; never invent a client or a result. --- A NEW FOLLOWER WHO ENGAGED --- The one question: What made it land, or is that you? 1. After they commented on two or more posts When: Within a day of the second comment. Never after a single like. Saw you commented on the rest-day post and the one before it. What made those land? I coach [WHO] and I read every reply here myself, so this is not a pitch, just curious. 2. After they followed from a reel When: Same day, while the reel is still the reason they are here. Thanks for following. Most people who come from that reel are dealing with [THE PROBLEM THE REEL WAS ABOUT]. Is that you, or something else? --- A COMMENT-KEYWORD REPLY --- The one question: How many days a week are you training right now? 3. Delivering the thing they commented for When: Within the hour, while they are still on the app. Here is the [THING] you asked for: [LINK]. It is the version I give clients in week one, so nothing is held back. One question so I know it fits you: how many days a week are you training right now? 4. If they opened it and went quiet When: Twenty-four hours after delivery, once. Did the [THING] open on your end? If a number in it looks off for you, tell me the number and I will say what I would change. --- THE THREE-QUESTION QUALIFIER --- The one question: Goal in one line; what you tried; is the price band one you are ready for? 5. Question one: the goal When: After they have answered the opener. One question, then wait. Before I suggest anything: what do you want to be different in three months, in one line? 6. Question two: what has not worked When: After the goal. Their answer tells you whether they need coaching or one more program. Got it. What have you tried in the last 12 months, and what happened? 7. Question three: the price band When: After question two. Say the band; never hide it. Last one. Coaching with me is [PRICE BAND, e.g. between 150 and 250] a month. Is that a range you are ready to invest in, or should I point you to the free stuff instead? Either answer is fine and I will not chase. --- THE CALL INVITE --- The one question: Which day suits? 8. They answered all three When: Straight after question three, the same day. Then a 20-minute call is the right next step. I will tell you how I work and whether we fit; no pressure either way. Here is the link: [BOOKING LINK]. Which day suits? 9. They are interested but hesitant When: When the answers are warm but the third one was a maybe. No need to book anything now. If you want, I will send you two times for a 20-minute call and you pick one, or neither. Want that? --- NO REPLY --- The one question: Did that make sense for your week? 10. Day two When: Two days after your last message with no reply. Give something, ask nothing about the call. No rush on my side. One thing that might help while you think: [ONE SPECIFIC TIP FOR THEIR GOAL, two sentences]. Did that make sense for your week? 11. Day seven, the last one When: A week after day two. Then stop. Last message from me, promise. If the timing is wrong, say so and I will leave it there. If it is right, the link is still here: [BOOKING LINK]. Which is it? --- THE PRICE QUESTION IN THE DMS --- The one question: Does that fit what you had in mind? 12. When they ask "how much?" When: The moment they ask. Answer first, context second. It is [PRICE] a month, billed monthly, nothing to pay today, and you can stop with [NOTICE PERIOD] notice. That covers [WHAT IS INCLUDED, one line]. Does that fit what you had in mind? --- THE "NOT RIGHT NOW" --- The one question: None. Leave it open. 13. The polite no When: When they say not now, or the timing is wrong. Once, then silence. Understood, and thanks for telling me straight. I will not chase. If it changes, message me the word BACK and we pick up where we left off. Good luck with [THEIR GOAL]. --- THE REFERRAL ASK --- The one question: Anyone come to mind? 14. To a current client, after a win When: The week something went right for them, not at renewal. Your [WIN THIS WEEK] made my day. If you know one person who wants the same thing, send them my way and I will give them the same first call I gave you. Anyone come to mind? --- REACTIVATING AN OLD LEAD --- The one question: Did you find something that worked, or is it still on the list? 15. Sixty days or more after the last message When: Once, with their goal in it. No link. It has been a couple of months since we talked about [THEIR GOAL]. No pitch: did you find something that worked, or is it still on the list? --- DO NOT SEND --- - Mass DMs or the same opener to fifty people; the third person spots the template and says so in your comments. - A pitch, a price or a link in message one. Three to four messages of understanding come first. - Voice notes to strangers. Voice is for people who already replied twice. - "Hey girl", "hey hun", a compliment on their photo, or any opener you would not say to a stranger at the gym. - Fake scarcity: "two spots left", "price goes up Friday". If it is true, put the date in writing on your page, not in a DM. - A follow-up more than twice. Day two and day seven, then stop. --- ADAPT ALL FIFTEEN TO YOUR NICHE AND VOICE (CHATGPT, CLAUDE OR GEMINI) --- I am an online fitness coach. Below are fifteen Instagram DM scripts grouped by moment, and two DMs I actually sent (names removed) so you can copy how I write. My niche: [NICHE, e.g. strength for women over 40] My offer and price band: [OFFER, PRICE BAND, NOTICE PERIOD] My booking link placeholder: [BOOKING LINK] Two DMs I wrote: [PASTE DM 1] [PASTE DM 2] Rewrite all fifteen for my niche in my voice. Keep the structure exactly: the same fifteen moments in the same order, one question per message, every message under 60 words, the price stated plainly in scripts 7 and 12, no pitch or link before script 3. Rules: match the length, openers and sign-offs of my two DMs; no emoji unless my DMs use them, and never more than one; no "hey girl", no compliments on appearance, no "spots left", no "price goes up"; no groups of three; no "journey", "transform", "unlock", "elevate", "game-changer"; do not invent a client, a result or a number. Output the fifteen scripts numbered 1 to 15 with the same titles, then one line naming which of my phrases you reused. Scripts: [PASTE THE FIFTEEN SCRIPTS FROM THE PAGE]
